Use the button on this page, or log in through the player menu, open Settings, and submit the signed deletion request form. The form asks you to check the acknowledgement box and type DELETE.

Use this page to request deletion of your Oops, You're Dead! player account and related personal data. The preferred beta path is the signed-in Player Portal form, which sends your request straight to the admin deletion queue.

Before you delete
Account deletion can remove or anonymize your login/account record, profile, access records, redemption access, stats, achievements, and game history connected to your account. Some access codes may not be reusable after deletion.
Submitting the portal form does not instantly erase the account. It creates an admin-reviewed request so the correct Firebase/Auth/account records can be handled together instead of leaving orphaned data behind.
Use email if you cannot sign in
If you cannot access the portal, email privacy@oopsyouredead.com from the email address used for your Oops, You're Dead! account. Include your account email, player name, and Firebase/User ID if known.
Admin review and deletion
Your request enters the admin deletion workflow. We may verify ownership, then delete or anonymize eligible Firebase Auth, profile, settings, access, stats, achievements, history, redemption, support, bug, and diagnostic records where reasonably possible.
Confirmation email
When the request is complete, we record the deletion summary and send a confirmation email to the account email address. After Auth deletion, you will no longer be able to log in with that account.

We may retain limited records when needed for security, fraud prevention, abuse investigation, legal compliance, payment/refund/accounting records, backup recovery, or anonymized aggregate statistics.
Bug reports, crash logs, screenshots, debug logs, and support messages may be retained if needed to understand or fix technical problems, unless they can reasonably be removed without harming testing records.
Discord is separate from the app account system. Leaving Discord or deleting Discord messages must be handled through Discord.
